How long does a party go for?

The duration of Chante’s parties is for 2 hours.,

What is the booking fee for a party?

Upon booking a payment of $200 deposit is required or 20% when take layby merchant provider option 

What are your payment options?

We have cash, eftpos, afterpay, paypal, zippay and layby shortly available.

 When is the final numbers of children required?

Final numbers are due 2 weeks prior to the party date along with any dietary requirements.

 When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the date of the party.

 What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellations policy entails that the full amount of the deposit is non-refundable. We can however reschedule you party if given 4 week’s notice.

 Where can I park?

There is street parking available outside of Chante on regent street and also a parking centre for Coles Wollongong which entry is also located on regent street.

 Can I come in earlier to set up extra decorations?

Our team will be working to prepare your room however you can come in 15mins prior to your party if you wish to add any personal touches to the room. Please feel free to contact our team to discuss styling options as we have plenty to share with you. 

Do you have a cake supplier?

Yes we do. This needs to be booked no later then 4 weeks prior to your party. Style, colour and flavour options are available through our ‘add on’ tab.

Do you have a stylist?

Yes we do and we would love to customise your special day. Whether it be a cake, balloons, or flowers our team is here to help you create the best birthday yet.

Can parent stay for the duration of the party?

Our rooms are only big enough for the children and the birthday girl’s parents. Therefore, we ask that the parents use our drop and go system. However, we have created a French inspired patio with chairs and tables outside Chante’s party rooms do the parents wish to stay.

What is the maximum of children allowed?

The maximum capacity is 15 kids. Do you wish to invite more, maybe consider combining the rooms for a private hire.  

Can I combined the party rooms for a private party?

Yes you can. Perhaps you have more children you wish to invite or want to host for parents too? Combined the rooms for a private party and enjoy the best of both worlds. Check out our ‘add on’ tab for more information and prices.

Do you cater for children with allergies?

Yes we do. Please advise of any dietary requirements on finalising numbers and the payment 2 weeks prior to the party.

Can I hire the high tea room out for an event other than a kids party?
